Description
As a Supervisor will be coordinating between both academic and admin teams.

  • Sending daily reports by the day end to the Head Office.
  • Will be managing overall management of branch.
  • Will be managing all the Housekeeping.
  • Will be maintaining the campus decorum.
  • Responsible to evaluate each member of the team and record employee punctuality, professionalism, disciplinary issues, adherence to company policies and more.
  • Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch under the supervision of the heads.

  • Ability to lead and motivate employees.
  • Familiarity with company's rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to understand students needs.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership.

Other Details:


Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.


Experience:
3 to 4 years.


Mode of Work:
Work From Office.


Timings: 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m


Location:
Kurukshetra**
CTC: Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month.


Reporting to Head Office Jalandhar.
