We are looking to hire Career Advisor whose role is to call parents, students and Schools on a daily basis, understand their concerns/needs, pitch about EduTechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.

Role:
Career Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Calling Parents and Students to schedule counseling sessions.
  • Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services.
  • Will have to do consultative outbound calls & followup calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
  • Maintain communication with learners through various channels.
  • Need to follow up leads regularly.
  • Converting the leads as admissions.
  • Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
  • Arranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, students.
  • Organizing promotional events.
  • Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
  • Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants.
  • Handle objections and price negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams

  • Ability to cope with emotional situations.
  • Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in all streams are preferred.
  • 13 years of experience as an educational Counselor.
  • Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.
  • The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
