About the role:

Trusted Media Brands is seeking an experienced Associate Producer for our Creative Department, working on long-form Original and Clip based content for our FAST channel/OTT/CTV Business.

About you:

You are passionate about UGC content and half hour television series.

You enjoy developing and producing unscripted television from all POVs including VO narration, stage direction, and the incorporation of UGC content into the narrative.

You are able to produce for a broad scope of genres including comedy, lifestyle and athletic/sports and weather and adventure.

This position reports to the Head of Studio, based in New Delhi.

Your day-to-day:

Support the Creative team in the creation of Fast Channel longform episodic content, including originally filmed productions as well as clipbased formats
Sourcing and approving clips from the Content Acquisitions team to curate the best content for the brand, that aligns with our brand voice and vision
Being responsive to creative feedback on clip selection and creative execution of all videos from the US Creative team
Planning and pitching ideas & concepts for new shows
Responsible for writing and coming up with copy for memes and social video posts
Work closely with internal and external senior producers and editors in US and India to insure creative vision and delivery of all shows
Working with the Brand Managers, Producers, and Development Team to constantly create and revise formats based on data performance analysis

You have:

3+ Years as an Associate Producer
Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. social media
Experience with editorial and content curation
Deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standards
Strong writing skills in social media and short form formats a plus
Personality profile to fit into a highgrowth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
Highly organized and detail oriented
