Description

Role:

  • Medical Officer (Immediate Joining)

Qualification:

  • MBBS

Experience:

  • Minimum 5years (AFIH Preferable)

Key Responsibility:

  • Provide medical assistant to company employees & contractor & other plant employee for any medical help required like consult nonoccupational medical issues and support
b. Provide treatment to any occupational injury while working inside company premises &
employees

c. Evaluate & validate Sick leave cases and provide guidance to company HR team to take further action & assist in annual medical health checkup camp

d. Provide yearly one training to canteen employees & Security & Provide yearly two training to female employees w.r.t hygiene & topic assigned by company HR team

e. Provide appropriate reference to company employees & if required by employee for their family members for any non-occupational illness

f. Access the vulnerable risk employees like pregnant women, any outside accident case with restricted movement and complete risk assessment with employee supervisor and set the work process for such vulnerable risk employee

g. Maintain the list of such vulnerable risk employees & maintain first aid boxes in company

h. Medical professional will daily report to Admin Head & in absence of admin head will report to EHS lead

Participate in all Clinic Practice Meetings, external clinic activities, and meetings/committees as needed

₹38, ₹40,000.00 per month
