Required Skills:


  • 510 years of ServiceNow Experience
  • 2+ years in demonstrated experience in:
  • Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) Agent Workspace
  • Any integrations using REST and SOAP in ServiceNow
  • Strong JavaScript use inside ServiceNow
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow reporting
  • Great communication written and verbal and very positive team player

Nice to haves

  • Implement Alignment Workspace
  • Implement Virtual Agent
  • Build integration SLACK to Virtual Agent
  • Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.

Responsibilities:


  • Collect requirements from business stakeholders (Managers, Service Desk, and others)
  • Recommendations around best practices
  • Participate as part of a client lead agile team
