Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls to promote our products and services
• Use scripts to provide information about product/service features, prices, and benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's needs and preferences
• Secure appointments for sales representatives to visit customers inperson
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and resultsdriven with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or business administration is a plus

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
