Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.

They also play a role in promoting the brand and generating sales.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and welcome them to the Store/Kiosk.
Assist customers with finding products and making purchases.
Answer customer questions about products and services.
Process sales transactions and to maintain stock and inventory.
Maintain the Store's/Kiosk's appearance and cleanliness.
Stock shelves and rotate inventory related to sales and Instock from warehouse.
Participate in product demonstrations and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints with a gentle behaviour.
Maintain billing and account filling and provide it to HO / Mall Management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of retail experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to understand Local language & English effectively.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
