About Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Manager -CRM professionals.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with 4-6 years of experience in customer relationship management within the construction industry with 3 years in CRM.


Position:
Assistant Manager - CRM


Location:
Bangalore

  • Customer Centric
  • Handling 1st level escalations
  • Managing Collections & Documentations
  • Sending payment reminders by monitoring the due age
  • Handling Audit compliance

Responsibilities:


  • Payment Follow Ups & Achieving the given Targets
  • Preparation of collection report/ projection report
- communication to customers on Agreements, Demands, Registrations etc.,

  • Coordinating with Banks for payments & documentations
  • Serving the customers and resolving the queries within TAT
  • Handling Registration process
  • Qualification Required: Graduate with MBA
  • Experience : 68 Y cars Of Experience
  • Soft Skill / Computer Silks Required : Communication & Listening Skills

Pay Scale:40k-50k/ Month + Other Benifits
