About Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Assistant Manager -CRM professionals.
This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with 4-6 years of experience in customer relationship management within the construction industry with 3 years in CRM.
Position:
Assistant Manager - CRM
Location:
Bangalore
- Customer Centric
- Handling 1st level escalations
- Managing Collections & Documentations
- Sending payment reminders by monitoring the due age
- Handling Audit compliance
Responsibilities:
- Payment Follow Ups & Achieving the given Targets
- Preparation of collection report/ projection report
- Coordinating with Banks for payments & documentations
- Serving the customers and resolving the queries within TAT
- Handling Registration process
- Qualification Required: Graduate with MBA
- Experience : 68 Y cars Of Experience
- Soft Skill / Computer Silks Required : Communication & Listening Skills
Pay Scale:40k-50k/ Month + Other Benifits
