We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team on full time basis.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing department with various tasks to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and curating content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn) to build an engaging online presence and increase brand visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.
Support market research initiatives to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to help shape marketing strategies and improve overall decision

- making.

Mapping and Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on datadriven insights.

Requirements:

02 years of prior experience in a marketing or relevant coursework in marketing is required.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to create engaging and persuasive content across different marketing channels.
Familiarity with market research methodologies and basic data analysis concepts would be beneficial.
A creative approach to problemsolving and a willingness to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and support various marketing initiatives.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
