Customer Service Executive
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including recording complaints and actions taken.
Feedback Handling:
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay this feedback to the relevant departments.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or product development, to provide comprehensive solutions and enhance the customer experience.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in customer service operations.
Adherence to Policies:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Excellent customer service skills providing the caller with friendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic service
- Proficient in conflict resolution skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding organizational, relationshipbuilding and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
