POST - PURCHASE ASSISTANCE

Education - B.E MECHANICAL / MBA ( material handling & management, operation )

1) 0 to 1 year experience required in Pressure vessel & storage tank field experience.

2) Expediting for getting PR from the Design & Production dept.

3) Checking the stock material & finalizing PR with corrected qty.

4) Negotiations with Vendors for price reduction after technical clearance from design & production dept.

5) Expediting for delivery of material as per PO schedule

6) Expediting for GRN and checking of purchase invoices from stores, production & QC dept.

7) Checking of purchase invoices as per PO & GRN and issuance of debit note if any.

8) Entry of PO & purchase invoices in budget sheet

9) Checking of GST paid amount on GST portal for each & every vendor 10) Submission of purchase invoices to accounts dept.

11) Finalization of Logistic and Packing agencies for raw material & finish goods 12) Finalization of new asset purchases as per management need

12) Insurances of for all Inward & Outward material

13 Plant & machinery Maintenance, PO placement & expediting for work completion 14) Physical verification of raw material & consumables as per stock statement along with respective production in-charge

15) PR to PO released to stockist / Traders

16) PR to PO release to customer approved vender

17) Delivery of materials against issued PO a) Plates/ coils / tubes/ flanges / fittings from manufacturers d) Plates/ pipes/ flanges from traders/ stockist against PI

18) New vender development

19) Debit note issued against defective material/ delayed delivery

20) Vender credit period increase in PO

21) Minting renewal of all PR raised

22) Minting track renewal of all PR raised & material received against PR

23) Updating all PR status daily basis

₹20,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (preferred)
