SАР Basis Support Services:

SAP Basis administrator plays a major role in activities like installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of various SAP systems, including new-dimension SAP products.

He / She will be responsible for

Performance tuning, critical troubleshooting activities and incident resolution.
Adhering to the procedures and processes provided, while performing all activities.
Database installation, upgrading and maintenance.

Role description:
Responsible for SAP installation, configuration, and support.
Should provide Technical support and leadership including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions.
Experienced in performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
Database administration
Good knowledge of SAP Basis troubleshooting
Good experience in process driven support for large project (50+ SAP systems)
Strong SAP administration skill in all SAP products including J2EE administration
Expert in system specific skills like, Content server with MAXDB administration,TREX and MDM
Excellent communication skill / preferred worked with English speaking clients
All System maintenance knowledge
Worked in ticket based support area
Should demonstrate dedication and accountability
Preparation of the technical plan, execution.

He/she should have good experience in SAP installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of various SAP systems, including new-dimension SAP products.

He/she should be able to prepare technical documentation, performing RCA and complex technical work. He/she will be involved in performance tuning, analysis of the system and critical troubleshooting activities. He/she will be working on all the tickets. He/she will stick to the procedures and processes provided, while performing all the activities.
