SE- Antivirus

Level 2 |4-6 YRS

Minimum 4 years of experience in ePO, VSE, Agent, Endpoint Security & other security software.
6+ years working experience on Windows 2008; 2012 and 201 3+ years working experience in DLP, HIPS, Encryption
Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L1 team
Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute
High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
Sound knowledge on ePO upgrade, ePO Database connection issue, software deployment process.
Sound knowledge on Windows, McAfee ePO, VSE, Endpoint Security, HIPS, DLP, FRP & other security software.
Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
Responsible for SLA compliance
Should possess work experience on ePO migration/upgradation projects

Experience on malware issue resolution.

Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process
Technical Certification a must on latest technologies (Windows/VMware/Cloud)
Must have had prior hands on experience in at least 3 of infrastructure areas
Windows/ ePO/ Symantec AV/ Trend Micro/ Sophos
Possess ITIL certification
On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
Ready to work at night shift (EST timezone) and flexible for other hours
