Description

Customer Service:
Greet and welcome showroom visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.


Telephone Handling:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Transfer calls to the relevant departments or individuals.

Take and relay messages accurately.


Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for showroom visits, product demonstrations, and meetings.

Maintain an organized calendar and ensure appointments are managed efficiently.


Information Management:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of customer information.

Collect and record customer feedback or complaints for further review.


Administrative Support:
Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.


Showroom Presentation:
Ensure the showroom reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.

Arrange promotional materials and brochures for display.


Security and Access Control:
Monitor access to the showroom and ensure that visitors sign in and follow security procedures.

Notify relevant personnel of any security concerns or suspicious activities.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
