Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Company Secretary.

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance under Corporate & Securities Laws, conducting Secretarial Audits, managing Corporate Governance, handling secretarial records, and ensuring compliance with ROC (Registrar of Companies) and Listed Company regulations.

The role also involves dealing with NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) drafting legal agreements, and performing various other secretarial tasks.


  • Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: A qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Skills:
  • Strong command over drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Roles and Responsibilities:

Secretarial Audit:


  • Conducting thorough reviews of the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting corrective actions.

Corporate Governance:


  • Implementing and overseeing effective corporate governance practices.
  • Advising the board on governancerelated matters.
  • Secretarial Records Handling:
  • Managing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of board meetings and other key corporate events.

ROC Compliances / Listed Company Compliances:

  • Ensuring timely filing of necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Compliance with regulations applicable to listed companies.

NCLT & IBC Matters:


  • Handling matters related to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings, as necessary.

Drafting of Legal Agreements & Various Other Secretarial Work:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal agreements.
  • Assisting in various secretarial tasks and projects as required.
