Finalise the Monthly/Weekly/Daily production schedule based on Marketing/Logistics inputs, sales forecast & current orders-Domestic, Export Plant capacity & communicate accordingly

Production-Planning Supervision, Scheduling ,Coordination for production
Planning the production schedule as per plan and execute with the production Head
Set priorities for production departments.

Review daily activities by conducting meetings

Sound knowledge of negotiating, Inventory Control, Material Management System implimentation, Resource prepare and maintain all production reports
