Description

• Monitor and maintain the plant's operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
• Oversee raw material usage, inventory levels, and ensure proper utilization of resources to minimize wastage and optimize production.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of production to guarantee product excellence.

• Supervise plant employees, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and foster a positive work environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and goals.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that all plant equipment and machinery are wellmaintained and in proper working condition.
• Respond promptly to any technical issues or breakdowns, coordinating repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes to enhance overall plant efficiency.

• Prepare regular reports on production output, quality performance, and maintenance activities for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and any incidents or accidents that occur within the plant.

• Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor or a similar supervisory role in a factory
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• A degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
