Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Communication skills:
English-spoken and written; Hindi-spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the learning and development team.
Responsible for on-site hands-on training and completions all across the assigned region
Owning cross-training of teams
Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety management processes and procedures.
Should understand the technical vocabulary around bakery, critical controls on all measurable KPI
Ideal training and teaching skills.
Keeping a track on the ratings of the stores and ensuring its stability.
Attends and participates in all L&D meetings.
