If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship/BBA/B.Voc.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in entrepreneurship, business administration, and related courses to undergraduate students in the BBA and B.Voc programs.

Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments, to ensure alignment with program objectives and industry standards.

Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students.

Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, guiding them in their academic and professional development.

Conduct research and scholarly activities in the field of entrepreneurship, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and the reputation of the department and institution.

Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities to support the effective functioning of the academic program and the broader university community.

Stay current with developments in entrepreneurship, business management, and education through continuous professional development activities and engagement with industry partners.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurship, with a record of research, publication, or practical experience in starting, managing, or advising entrepreneurial ventures.

Teaching experience at the undergraduate level, preferably in entrepreneurship, business management, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling academic responsibilities.

A passion for teaching and mentorship, with a student-centered approach to education and a dedication to fostering student success.
