- Implement, test, and deploy business needs in accordance with the Agile framework, having E2E knowledge of the solution and being able to maintain and further improve .
- Maintain an up-to-date documentation on the technical solution, SOPs for BAU when applicable.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide marketing insights and support decision-making.
- Having knowledge of existing data products, from data injection till final dashboards, including deep understanding of source systems, data model, dimensions and KPIs.
- Frontend the development and maintenance of data and ETL pipelines for ingesting data from various sources into our data warehouse and provide outputs to maintain the salesforce email campaigns.
- Support Head of STRAD on creating a vision for BI products, working collaboratively with other teams, and accelerating identified org/company-wide transformation towards adoption of data & analytics products.
- Provide consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services to one or many applications.
- Work closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve processes and reducing waste from existing process landscape.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that may improve existing products via continuous learning and collaboration with technical teams.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis process, including process mining, automation, and data science.
- Provide Inputs to MBR&QBR to gather user feedback on delivered projects.

- 12+ years' experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Specialist and/or Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience leading 3-5 member teams.

Manager Data Analytics at IMS
The team's focus has been on measuring performance from campaigns executed at IMS and providing bespoke reports to regions. Marketing metrics have traditionally looked backward to unearth insights about past behavior and measure the effectiveness of current campaigns. Modern marketing organizations use data and analytics to look ahead. With this philosophy the team utilizes data to input into the campaign creation process at IMS, create infrastructure to measure performance of marketing campaigns and provide support to marketing activities. Proactive and reactive development of MarTech tools and dashboards right from data gathering, designing, testing and implementing.
The Data Analytics-Manager is the one responsible to manage a team that implements data solutions that support business processes in Digital Marketing (KPI tracking, Site Performance, Campaign Inputs). Besides, he/she provides his/her expertise on business, source systems and technology to ensure best in class products are developed and provides also future vision on the same. This to be mainly, achieved by:
Providing advice and decision support in every aspect of the process landscape his/her role covers.
Analyse new data analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements, project plans and milestones.
Lead solutioning and user feedback gathering either on their own/ with identified team.
Program Manage implementation, testing, deployment, maintain, and enhance technical requirements.
Identify automation, simplification, standardization, and improvement opportunities across the process.
Collaborate with then Data Analytics network within marketing and larger MAERSK organizations that harnesses subject matter expert knowledge of our data products and ensure best practices.
