Education:12th Pass or Graduate

Experience:
Fresher or 1 Year Experience in relevant field

Salary :

A high level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication skills with a customerfocused approach.
Experience using Excel for data management and report creation.
Detailoriented with a strong sense of organization and time management skills.
Availability for both fulltime and parttime positions.

Roles & Responsibility:

Maintain excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Use Excel to manage customer data and create reports as required.
Demonstrate attention to detail when managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate data entry.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met.
