Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the legal services firm.
Handle daytoday accounting tasks and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Address discrepancies and resolve any issues.
Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Provide financial data and reports to support decisionmaking.
Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and laws.
Assist in preparing for audits and address audit queries
Collaborate with the legal services team to provide financial information and support business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
23 years of experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably within the legal services industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
