Job Overview:

As an Event Sales Executive/Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue through the promotion and successful selling of event spaces, packages, and services.

You'll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution while achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:
Actively pursue leads, generate new business, and convert prospects into clients for event bookings.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction.


Venue Promotion:

Market and showcase event spaces, packages, and services to potential clients through various channels, including presentations, networking, and promotional events.


Proposal Development:
Create compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to meet client requirements while maximizing revenue.


Collaboration with Teams:
Liaise with internal teams (operations, marketing, catering, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution, addressing client needs and specifications.


Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform strategies and decision-making.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
