    Description

    As a Social Media Executive at Aarna Systemsyou will play a key role in developing and implementing socialmedia strategies to drive engagement increase brand awareness andgenerate leads for our clients. You will be responsible formanaging various social media platforms creating compelling contentand executing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate willbe a creative thinker a team player and someone who is genuinelypassionate about social media and digitalmarketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developand implement social media strategies to achieve client objectivesand KPIs.
    • Manage and maintain social mediaaccounts across various platforms including but not limited toFacebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn andYouTube.
    • Create highquality engaging contentincluding text posts images videos and interactivemedia.
    • Collaborate with clients and internalteams to understand their goals and target audiencedemographics.
    • Monitor social media channels fortrends insights and opportunities to improveperformance.
    • Plan and execute paid advertisingcampaigns including budget allocation audience targeting adcreation and performance analysis.
    • Monitor andanalyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of social mediaefforts and optimize strategiesaccordingly.
    • Stay uptodate with the latesttrends tools and best practices in social media marketing anddigitaladvertising.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in social mediamarketing including content creation community management and paidadvertising.
    • Strong understanding of socialmedia platforms algorithms and analyticstools.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
    • Creative thinking and theability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills.
    • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced collaborative environment.
    • Passionfor social media digital marketing and staying ahead of industrytrends.
