Cold Storage Superviser - Jejuri, India - HARVEST AGRO

• Purandar, Dist-Pune

• Oversee the daily activities of the cold storage facility, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Ensure that all products are stored at the appropriate temperature and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure that adequate stock is available.
• Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
• Manage a team of employees, providing training and coaching as necessary to ensure that all tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies, and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a cold storage or warehouse management role.
• Strong knowledge of cold storage operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
