Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Should be responsible for site management in multiple Projects locations and responsible for Daily Material Report at all sites.
  • Developing and Implementation of Strategic Plan for Inventory and Store Management.
  • Analyze and forecast Inventory needs based on project timeline, specifications, and Historical data.
  • Coordinate with Project Store team to ensure Standard Inventory practices.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to Store officers.
  • Implement Inventory Control measures to minimize the stocks, overstocks.
  • Monitor the Inventory levels and consumption, Identify the improvement locations.
  • Establish the Inventory Policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regular reports on Inventory levels for each project in all locations, usages, and Trends.
  • Identify the process improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensuring Safety standards related to Storage and handling of construction materials, Custody, and security of stores.
  • Coordinate with Safety officers and project managers for future requirements & should be responsible for Reconciliation of Cement / Steel/Diesel/Metal/Sand.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials & Fulfilment of all the material at all site within appropriate time.
  • Responsible for Storage and Preservation, Packing, material management, stockverification, Inventory Control, Material.
  • Supervise & coordinate with stores officers for all Receipt/Issue and Inspection ofmaterials in stores along with proper formalities and documentations.
  • Should be responsible for Closing, Consumption & Stock Transfer by Weekly or Monthly.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
  • Qualification & Experience
  • Experience 11 years in real estate or Constructions stores.
  • Have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in Stores Maintenance in real estate/ Constructions experience.
  • Should have experience in dealing with the transactions and processing the data through ERP system & Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP Inventory Module.

Key Skills:


  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes. Must have strong knowledge of computerized store activities with inventory management and should be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Construction materials, Equipment spares, Inventory control practices.
