Process Associate:
Travel Claims

Introduction:
Established in 1993, YRGCARE is a premier non-government organization providing comprehensive HIV services in India.

Its objective is to provide prevention, care, support, and treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS, to prevent new infections, and to ensure that patients and their families are treated with dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, validate and process employee expense claims against the advances issued.
• Collect and maintain all the relevant documentation required to process employee expenses/claims.
• Identify and analyse all discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Determine eligibility, applicability and authenticity of the bills, receipts and claims.
• Clear and accurate written and verbal communication with employee regarding advances and claims settlement.
• Establish action plans for each file to bring claims to resolution
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by policy.
• Performs any other travel or accountingrelated duties
• Any other duties assigned by the Expense Management Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years work experience in handling claims/expenses and accounting.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines

Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
