    Job Overview

    Full-Time Student Success Partner position at Afynd Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. As a Student Success Partner, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding students throughout their academic journey, ensuring their success and overall satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Highly motivated and hardworking.
    • Experience in sourcing and providing student support is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, providing ongoing support and guidance.
    • Assist students in setting and achieving their academic goals.
    • Identify and address any barriers to student success, providing necessary resources and support.
    • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement support programs that enhance student success.
    • Monitor student progress and identify potential challenges, providing proactive interventions.
    • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to promote student engagement and success.
    • Ensure student compliance with academic policies and deadlines.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to students regarding academic programs, resources, and services.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and interventions.
    • Contribute to student retention and graduation efforts through proactive outreach and support.
    • Do marketing and generate own leads.
