Position:
Cluster Coordinator

Location:
Various Locations (UP & HR) - ( Madiyaon, Pataudi, Raebareli, Unchahar), Delhi NCR

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer base in the business centres
  • Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro credit to MSMEs in the centres
  • Maintain & review cluster MIS in system and records at the centres
  • Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution
  • Maintain brand presence and good repute in the centres.
  • Manage the ASK Centre business portfolio
  • Daily task to include customer and market visits to ensure
  • Customer Loan Requests
  • Complete Customer Application Forms
  • Financial Literacy & Awareness
  • Follow up on repayments
  • Ensure timely collections
  • Customer engagement
  • Cross sell insurance solutions
  • Engage with channel partners for lead generation

Skills required:


  • At least 13 years' experience in MSME lending / financial solutions/ distribution businesses
  • Good communications and interpersonal skill;
  • Dedicated & passionate about impact & community related work
  • Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English
  • Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel

Salary:
₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
