Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, plan, and execute the overall digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Optimize online content for search engines (SEO) and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Develop and implement an inbound marketing plan to attract and retain customers.
  • Forecast sales performance trends based on digital marketing activities and market research.
  • Motivate and inspire the digital marketing team to achieve goals and deliver results.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
