**Job Responsibilities:
- *
  • Eligibility calculation of housing loan
  • Preparation of Inflow and outflow statements with help of bank statement
  • Review, recommend, or reject loan requests based on credibility and potential revenues and losses
  • Maintaining a database for providing loan
  • Prepare Monthly and weekly MIS.
  • Minimum one year experience as a credit analyst in banking or any financial sector
  • Strong in Excel usage with knowledge of Pivot table and MIS
  • Have good knowledge of housing loan sanction and disbursement process
  • Have sound knowledge of CIBIL checking
  • Accurate in checking details and good with numbers
  • Coordination with credit team, banks etc for sanction & disbursement.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
