Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as MySQL or MariaDB Administration under Linux in a 24*7 environment
  • MariaDb 10.4 or higher and MySQL 5.7 or higher
  • Exceptional team player who has fantastic communication & collaboration skills with every stakeholders
  • Providing expert support in database design and architecture.
  • Resolving technical issues related to database functionality; Support for audit and hot backup tasks.
  • Automation of daily routines, new databases deployments, DR procedures
  • Fantastic troubleshooting skills in High availability, Data Replication & Performance management
  • Handling critical priority issues independently, Query tuning
  • Handson experience in Galera cluster is preferable
  • Handson experience in executing critical migration / upgrade projects
  • Driving KPI / SLA compliance with excellent knowledge in ITIL processes
  • Experience with Centos 6/7, ZFS, Proxysql, Zabbix and PMM are preferable
  • Aspirations towards learning new competency & good knowledge in cloud platforms

Must-Have Skills:

  • Good hands on MySQL with Replication exposure and HA experience
  • Highly experienced in MySQL installation, configuration, patching, upgradations, migrations.
  • Logical thinking, advanced troubleshooting and Performance tuning capability.
