    Description

    Qualification :

    • Analysis & Design: Understand business requirements and implement them into ZTM functionalities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design ZTM workflow and ensure its alignment with company objectives.
    • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure the designed ZTM functionalities are feasible and can be implemented effectively.
    • User Experience: Prioritize usercentric design, ensuring the ZTM provides a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.
    • Testing & Optimization: Implement automated test and regularly test ZTM functionality, gather user feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and user satisfaction.
    • Stay Updated: Continuously research the latest trends in ServiceNow technology and Mobile Management Service, ensuring our solutions are cuttingedge.

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience on ServiceNow as a developer.
    • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow development projects.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and Mobility Service such as EMM(Enterprise Mobility Management), TEM(Telecom Expense Management).
    • Proven expertise in utilizing ATF, Studio and App Engine on ServiceNow.
    • ServiceNow CAD, CTA, CMA credentials are an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge of multiple languages for ServiceNow development is an advantage.
    • Bachelor's degree in SW development, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in both English and B.Tech / BE / MCA
