Description

Dunnhumby We are looking for an individual with broad ServiceNow experience to take on the role of ServiceNow Developer. You will join a small, highly performing team of admins/developers who are responsible for the maintenance and development of Dunnhumby's ServiceNow implementation. The role will comprise of both development and support.

Required:

3-9 years' ServiceNow development experience in a range of ServiceNow capabilities. Experience in security-related applications is a bonus.
Ability to work independently – you will be part of a team, but you will be expected to show a high degree of independence and initiative.
Good communicator – you will be interacting with end-users of all grades and levels of expertise. Experience of gathering/managing requirements useful.
Great analysis skills – dunnhumby's implementation of ServiceNow is mature and highly customised so issues can be varied and challenging.
A drive to do more than just fix issues that arise. You would be expected to identify root causes and suggest permanent improvements. Although training can be provided, you should demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and self-educate.
Experience of scoped applications and Service Portal skills beneficial
