    Job Title: Data Entry Intern (Operations)

    Job Description:

    Springworks, a leading remote work and HR technology company, is seeking a committed and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Intern (Operations). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the operations team in day-to-day work, including preparing and sorting documents for data entry, verifying and entering data accurately into database software, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity. This internship provides an opportunity to showcase your skills and potential for a full-time role within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the operations team with daily tasks

    Prepare and sort documents for data entry

    Enter data accurately into database software

    Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies

    Generate reports and perform backup operations

    Handle follow-up calls for verification and maintain MIS
