  • The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders.
  • The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Required:
CPA - Preferred Knowledge/Skills - Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: - Providing client senior management with pertinent analysis and information needed to make operational, financial and strategic decisions - Establishing effective utilization of financial resources, tools, and technologies;

  • Liaising effectively with client Controller, Treasury, and Tax Matters teams;
  • Developing a rigorous and ongoing approach to delivering financial planning and analysis solution services and delivery operations;
  • Providing leadership, oversight, and governance with a focus on driving consistent and disciplined operational excellence;
  • Leveraging leading financial planning and business analytics tools and technologies, including AIML advances to drive strategic insights for our clients
  • Contributing financial content and analysis related to communications with key stakeholders;
  • Management of due diligence and operational readiness process, support managed services solution design during client pursuits and negotiations;
  • Understanding new and emerging business areas important to finance
  • Assessing on an ongoing basis, the financial health of the business and develop strategies to manage improvement use cases for client's;
