Responsibilities:


  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide accurate and uptodate information about our offerings and address customer queries.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during calls to leave a favorable impression on customers.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Continuously improve communication skills and sales techniques through training and feedback.
