Job description for IT Asset Coordinator-

Key Responsibilities:

IT Asset Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of all IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

IT Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.

FAR Data Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) system.

Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors for IT asset procurement, maintenance, and support services.

IT Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to IT asset management.

Asset Disposal Management:

Coordinate the disposal and decommissioning of obsolete or surplus IT assets in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

IT Assets Procurement Management:
Assist in the procurement process for new IT assets, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order management.

MIS Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports related to IT asset inventory, procurement, and compliance for management review.

End-to-End Process Management: Maintain and optimize end-to-end processes for IT asset management, from acquisition to disposal.

Physical Asset Verification (PAV): Conduct regular physical asset verification audits on a quarterly and monthly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.

IMAC Asset Records:
Maintain IT asset records pertaining to Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities.

IT Stores Management:
Ensure the proper organization and maintenance of IT stores following standard processes and procedures.

Asset Allocation and Deallocation:
Coordinate the allocation and deallocation of IT assets to employees, departments, and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in IT asset management or related field.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Familiarity with asset management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification in IT asset management (e.g., IT Asset Management Professional, Certified Asset Management Professional) is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
