Office Admin Executive

About your work place
Work with a 450+ member team to solve challenges in ecommerce in countries around the globe. Get a rich exposure to culture and technological innovations happening across geographical boundaries.


Your responsibilities would include

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when required.
  • Answer queries related to work place by employees.
  • Arranging the dispatch of couriers and take a follow up of the shipment (local / domestic)
  • Maintain stationery stock/ Mechanical & Electrical Consumables.
  • Receive & Maintain Vendor Bills Record.
  • Travel for vendor negotiation and assets procurement.
  • Procurement Preparing Purchase Order According to the Quotation Approved.
  • Arranging snacks and other utilities for meetings and events.
  • Utilities Bills to be maintained.
  • Tracking of purchase order payments.
  • Housekeeping and security staff management.
  • Help HR with documentation.

You are eligible for this role if you are

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an Office Admin Executive.
  • Can communicate in English and Hindi.

It would be good if you have

  • A twowheeler.

Salary:
₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
