Experience Required:

Sourcing and Planning of the Rating crew as well sourcing top officer also for big GRT dry vessels.
Sign off and Follow-up Calls for specified Ranks, Crew Sourcing, Coordination with owners and Ship Management companies for crewing requirements.
Preparing Crew Database, Handling Crew Documents, and Preparing Checklist for Flag documents, Lineup for interview.
Sourcing CV's through SEA JOB HUNT, FACEBOOK, TELEGRAM, and LINKEDIN. Conducting referral drive through existing employees and walk-ins, advertising, mass mailing, job posting. Focusing on direct sourcing to minimize cost.
Screening, shortlist, selecting and interviewing with line manager. Taking care of bulk hiring and end to end hiring.

Skills:

Min Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience in marine industry
Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills

Exp
:

3 to 5 years of experience.

Salary:

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
