Description
∙Carry out the day to day operations by coordinating with respective parties/clients

∙Real Time Tracking from Control Tower

∙Communicate with the internal management to share the ideas to run operations efficiently

∙Monitor the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers

∙Ensure proper checklist are created and adhered in order to ensure smooth functioning of operations

∙Maintaining and updating the daily tracker

∙Support the client queries on real time basis

∙Good understanding of MS Excel


Qualification:
Any graduate (Preferred: B-Tech)


Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred: Back office Operations)


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
