    Function :
    Technical Management - Project Management

    • PMO Strategic Planning PPT PIT Project Management Microsoft Excel
    • As a Project Management Office (PMO) member, your role is crucial for ensuring projects within the organization are executed and delivered successfully.
    • You'll provide governance, standardization, and support to project teams across different departments.
    • Your main goal is to improve project management practices, streamline processes, and promote communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

    Responsibilities :

    • Work closely with the PMO director to support the development and implementation of the PMO's strategic plan aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Develop project management methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency, and Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the PMO.
    • Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Evaluate project proposals and recommend appropriate resource allocation.
    • Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
    • Optimize resource utilization across projects and programs.
    • Monitor and manage the allocation of resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
    • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
    • Develop and implement training programs for project managers and team members.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

    Requirements :
    years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint Presentations.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
