Description

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• 2.Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• 3.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• 4.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• 5.Achieving Monthly Targets & comparing it with benchmark across product line.
• 6.Attending daily morning conference call & discussing it with the colleagues.
• 7.Identifying the weak areas & providing solutions to those areas.
• 8.Daily Meeting with the colleagues on market outlook, sharing market information,

ensuring active participation from all.

• 9.Reporting all the activities to the Sales Manager from time to time.
• 10.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media.

• 11.Assessing performance of each employee as compared to Targets given on monthly basis.
