Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and Accurate way.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific Features
- Follow up with customer to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer complaints.
- Both Graduate and Undergraduate can apply
- Must be ok with Work from Office
- Good English communications is required
