Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager at you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed quality standards before they are dispatched to our customers.

You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process from order processing to packaging, and ultimately to delivery at Amazon FBA centres.

Your primary objective will be to uphold the highest quality standards throughout our operations, ensuring that customers receive fully functional products with impeccable packaging.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for order processing, packaging, and dispatching goods to Amazon FBA.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and order processing staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation outlining quality assurance procedures for each stage of the operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of products, packaging materials, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and returns to identify recurring issues or quality concerns, taking proactive measures to address root causes and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and implement relevant changes to improve our processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for qualityrelated inquiries and escalations, providing timely responses and resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team, promoting accountability, transparency, and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce Return to Vendor (RTV) rates by analyzing root causes of returns, collaborating with relevant departments to address underlying issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on RTV returns, detailing trends, root causes, and corrective actions taken, to provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives and track progress in reducing return rates.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to improve processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software/tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
