Sales Officer

Salary: 10,000 Monthly

Job Description:


  • Determine the financial status and creditworthiness of loan applicants
  • Authorize and recommend loan approvals for executive loans in line with the organization's risk tolerance
  • Ensure compliance with sanctions regulations and company policies for all loans and transactions
  • Keep up to date with changes in sanctions regulations and advise management on their impact on loan decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive clients and monitor their loan repayments
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new executive clients
  • Manage loan disbursements and ensure proper documentation and record keeping
  • Prepare reports on loan portfolios and performance for management
  • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
  • Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
