Description
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
  • Refer unresolved customer issues or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
  • Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc.

Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
