Urgently looking for a Front Desk Counsellor for a reputed gym chain in Kolkata.


MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES

There will be monthly sales target.
**Locations:
- ** New Alipore/ Saltlake / Chinar Park/ Gariahat.


Salary - 10000 to incentives


Exp - Min 6 months in B2C Sales
**Job Responsibilities:
- **•Greet properly and answer client enquries properly as per protocol over call or in person.


  • Ensure cleanliness of the reception area and the gym to maintain the brand value of the organization.
  • Assist clients with any payment related enquires or cancellation or renewal of membership of the gym
  • Manage grievances of the clients.
  • Promote Gym membership plans as per training provided to increase the number of valuable clients.

6. Meet monthly sales target as assigned by the management.

  • Taking necessary steps to solve client grievances if any.
  • Collection of payments and other necessary administrative task as required.
  • Coordination with other team members and departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.

Requirements:


  • Must have a pleasing personality.
  • Must have great communication skills.
  • Must be confident.
  • Must have a go getter attitude.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Must be a graduate

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
