We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Design Coordinator to join our team.

As an Architectural Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the design process, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the design process from concept development through construction documentation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design intent is realized and technical requirements are met.
Review project requirements, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, and other design deliverables.
Organize and facilitate design meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and project teams.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address design issues, changes, and feedback.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and design packages for client meetings and submissions.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to integrate design solutions and resolve constructionrelated issues.
Support the project manager in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Previous experience in architectural design coordination or project management role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Architectural registration or licensure is a plus.
LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design principles.
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and workflows.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
