As a B2B Sales Executive with AQT Direct Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our portfolio of successful ventures.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously refine and improve sales strategies, tactics, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent AQT Direct Limited with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
